I believe the young man's name was Seth i think it was a saturday and the truck stalled.At an intersection of diamond lake boulevard and jackson street.

This guy showed up and only charging a jump fee. He charged us for a jump, start. It was above and beyond anybody I've ever seen. He was very knowledgeable and helped out even programmed.The truck so it wouldn't shut off again.

I would call him again even if I was five hundred miles away😉

Roseburg Towing is a top-notch company. When I need a tow, they will always be my first choice. I broke down tonight along the road and needed assistance. Kurtis was our driver, and when he arrived, we were freezing. He immediately escorted us to his truck so we could warm up while he loaded our car. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. Outstanding service!

Great service and amazingly fast to come get the job done. I had a delivery driver lock herself out of the car while on a delivery and they made the process quick and easy and got my driver right back on the road. Good customer service on the phone and it was literally 13 minutes later when I got a call from my driver that she was back in the car and on her way to the next delivery. Thanks Roseburg Towing!

We used this towing company for one of our company trucks that broke down on our way to Portland. It was 5pm and we were in a bind. The repair shop, where we wanted to tow the vehicle to, was closed for the night so instead of just leaving our vehicle on the freeway or a random street, they offered to pick it up and then tow it to the repair shop the next morning. Great customer service, especially from their driver Evan, who was very friendly and accommodating to our stranded driver. Would definitely call them again!

Evan did a wonderful job getting our car to UCC. It was no longer working and we were donating it to the school. Everything was easy. Thanks.

Got a tow after the alternator blew at midnight outside of Oakland. They have the ability to find your exact spot with a text. I was worried about that.

It was one of those days, a sort of Friday the 13th vibe. The car wouldn’t start, and I was stuck. Thankfully, Will from Roseburg Towing came to my rescue. He was friendly and professional. He even followed me to the mechanic’s place to make sure I got there. My car didn’t end up needing towing. He could have charged me full price for all of his work, but he did not. The honesty and integrity, as well as hometown friendliness, made a fan out of me. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Today we accidentally locked our keys along with the dogs in the car while at the gas station in Roseburg. We were in a bit of a panic not knowing the area and it being a hot day. After calling around we finally connected with Roseburg Towing and they understood our urgency. Will Moon, the driver, showed up in less than 5 minutes and saved our dogs (or us from needing to break a window). Thank you Will!

I Called Roseburg towing this evening when my insurance company wasn’t helping me in a reasonable amount of time. The crew said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were there in less. Jacob helped me move my truck in the position and then backed up 100 yards when we got to my farm so we could put the truck in a reasonable position to work on it. My friends Mom from Medford had a tool box come out of a pickup on the freeway and blew both front tires on her RAV4 and we used Roseburg Towing to come and pick up and take to Les Schwab. The driver was very professional and gentle putting the car on his truck and was there in les than 20 minutes and charge was very reasonable! I told the driver I have a 1976 Highboy and if she ever lets me down, there’s only one company I’ll trust, and that is Roseburg Towing😎 Thank you

Its sucks when your car is towed without your knowledge but they were polite and even tho I had to pay 100$ to get my car back they had a guy come around the corner and jump me again after it died leaving the lot. Excellent service and empathy. Will call for all future issues
